Responsibilities: - install and maintain Nortel PBX System - assist and educate users, support personnel and management in using the systems -coordinate with vendors and ensure that all projects are managed within schedule. - provide maintenance support including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of PBX system. -attend to faults at customer premises and be able to explain the fault resolutions to customers. - ensure that quality jobs are delivered promptly. - liaise with customers, suppliers and telecommunications service providers to provide installation and fault rectifications. - act as a prime point of contact with our customers so as to manage and provide technical support for the PBX systems - perform system maintenance including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting - perform project and user management to meet customers’ requirement

Skills:

- Telecoms/Electronic Engineering with 3 years of relevant experiences - Good knowledge on Nortel PBX. - Knowledge of IT/data networking will be advantageous - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Good analytical and problem solving abilities - Excellent service attitude with the ability to respond efficiently to customers’ needs.
