| · Liaise with freight forwarders & regulatory departments with regard to customs legislation & procedures for all import & export shipments.
· Liaise with transporters & courier companies to ensure deliveries to customers are delivered timely and all signed delivery receipts, cash and cheques collected are in order.
· Assist the Logistic Manager to maintain & troubleshoot on the IC, SO & PO Modules in ERP System.
· Prepare, distribute, retain and file all necessary records and reports regarding logistics operations.
· Handle insurance claims for stocks damaged in transit.
