| The emphasis of this position will be placed on the development of sophisticated interactive content using Flash; however, the developer will be asked to help where needed on all interactive and Web projects. Therefore, a solid background in all web development
disciplines is necessary.
This is a programmer position first. Design is a very close second. You should be able to effeciently build a project in Flash and carry out an established look and feel. Our new Flash developers will work very closely with other experienced developers/designers but should be able to work just as well alone.

| Skills: |
- 2-5 years developing projects in an interactive agency environment
- Skilled using Macromedia Flash MX and 8 Pro - both animation and
advanced ActionScripting
- Experienced writing/parsing XML and working with Flash components
- The ability to write HTML/XHTML+CSS by hand (no WYSIWYGs)
- Strong Photoshop skills are a must
- Previous experience through the entire application development
lifecycle is required
- Experienced in designing for Web Standards
- Knowledge of AICC- and SCORM-compliance are preferred but not required
- Passion for producing solid work
- Expert Flash Action Scripting skills a must. Candidate must be able
to develop dynamic Flash applications with database connectivity and
XML.
- Knowledge of Flash Components.
- Should have expert level ability with following applications: Adobe
Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Flash .
- Should be familiar with working with brand usage rules or corporate
style guides.
- It is helpful but not necessary to have any of these additional
design skills: Print design experience, 3-D design experience, or
Video editing, compositing, and SEO.
- Ability to work independently, have strong communication skills
- Professional eye for design and an eye for clean Flash animations.
- Should be able to understand and create interactive flow charts and
diagrams.
- Should be able to translate needs and goals requirements into
strong application and information designs.
- Needs to have excellent interactive design skills, being able to
appropriately select and use tools to address design problems.
- Should be fluent in standard consulting process (Discovery, Design,
Implement, Test).
- Should have expert level knowledge of Flash Action Scripting,HTML,
CSS, php, xml and JavaScript.
- Need to be able to translate own designs and designs from others
into working applications.
- Expert Style Sheet skills a must.
- Basic database skills necessary, ability to work in MS SQL manager
and query analyzer.
- Must be able to interface and work with web programmers on complex
applications.
- Need good general knowledge of Server and Web Client technologies,
and how they work together.
